Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 August 2026

This policy explains what we do with your information when you ask us for a price for a vehicle, enquire about a part, or use this website. It is written to be read, not to be got past.

Who we are

Allparts (Nationwide) Ltd (company 09948935), trading as Allparts Rochdale, of Plot 10/11 Chichester Street, Rochdale, OL16 2AU. We are the data controller for the information described here. We are an Environment Agency Authorised Treatment Facility, licence EAWML/53593, and a registered waste carrier, CBDU155342.

What we collect

  • When you ask for a valuation: your name, telephone number, postcode, vehicle registration, and what you have told us about the vehicle.
  • When you enquire about a part: your name, telephone number, and the vehicle or part you need. An email address if you give one.
  • When you telephone us: your number, and the fact and time of the call. Calls to the numbers shown on this website are routed through a tracking system so we know which adverts and pages are working.
  • When you scrap a vehicle with us: the information we are legally required to record as a licensed facility, including proof of identity and the vehicle details, so the DVLA can be notified and a Certificate of Destruction issued.
  • If you accept cookies: anonymous information about how you found and moved around this site. See Cookies below. Nothing analytical is collected unless you agree.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To give you a price and collect your vehicle, or to supply a part. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to perform it.
  • To meet our legal obligations as an Authorised Treatment Facility and registered waste carrier, including notifying the DVLA and keeping records of vehicles received and payments made.
  • To follow up an enquiry you have made and to ask, once, whether you would leave us a review. This is our legitimate interest in running and improving the business. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
  • To understand how the website is used, on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not pass it to other yards or lead brokers. We use these suppliers to run the business, and they process your information on our instructions:

  • HighLevel Inc (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our customer records and messaging system. Enquiry details and call records are stored there. HighLevel is based in the United States, so your information is transferred outside the UK under the safeguards set out in their data processing terms.
  • Vercel Inc, who host this website.
  • Google, for website analytics, and only if you have accepted cookies.
  • The DVLA and the Environment Agency, where we are legally required to report a vehicle we have taken in.

How long we keep it

Records we are legally required to keep as a licensed facility are held for as long as the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a job are kept for two years and then deleted, so we can recognise you if you come back to us. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will.

Cookies

When you first arrive we ask whether you are happy for us to use analytics cookies. Nothing is set unless you say yes, and refusing is one tap, the same as accepting. We use them only to see which pages people find useful. We do not use cookies for advertising and we do not track you across other websites.

If you change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser settings and you will be asked again next time you visit.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to object to us using it, and to ask us to restrict how we use it. Ask and we will deal with it within one month, at no charge.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
